Swapping Sizes

It can always happen that even after measuring your feet, the size you receive is not correct.

We kindly advise to write down your return information in the form we always send with our products. The best way to receive a bigger or smaller size, is to order your product again on your own (in the correct size). Our stock can change very fast, meaning your product might be sold out when you send the package with return information back to our office.

It doesn't mean we don't want to help you with swapping sizes, we just know from our experience that it's better to do it on your own .The chance is way bigger that the right size is still in stock!

We always try to refund within 3-5 working days, so don't worry about that part!
